  5. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Main responsibilities:
  6. • End-user support
  7. • Efficient and cost-effective ICT solutions.
  8. • Ensure safe and stable operations of servers and equipment according to plans, procedures and security standards.
  9.  
  10. Maintenance and support of:
  11. Software: Server software (Linux/Windows), including AD, Exchange, SAN, Web, Databases, VMware
  12.  
  13. Hardware: Linux clusters, Network interfaces, Storage Area Networks, Backup and replication services. Network components, routing and firewall management.
  14.  
  15. Systems: Accounting systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, desktop applications.
  16.  
  17. Equipment: PCs and related equipment, telephones, network components. Video conferencing system. Setup and installation
  18.  
  19. Contact point for:
  20. Computer equipment purchase (desktop, servers, network), telephones. Software licensing agreements.
  21.  
  22. Take part in development of internal systems and applications.
  23. Create new users and groups.
  24. Grant access to server areas and network resources.
  25. Administrator of PM network.
  26. IT-support beyond regular working hours according to current agreement.
  27.  
  28. AUTHORITY Purchase according to approved IT budget.
  29.  
  30. REPORTS TO Manager Technical Management. In addition, report to responsible for the WP working on at any given time.

  33. QUALIFICATIONS Microsoft Certified Professional, VMware Certified Professional
  34. Minimum 5 years in advanced network management
