For individuals who take life too seriously
The truth is life is meant to fun!  Do you see fun on the faces of all of the people you touch during a working day?  And what perform they see if they look at that person?
As a speaker focusing on private empowerment, I find almost all audiences recently exhibit an unhealthy degree of fear, stress, self esteem and too little energy.
Coincidentally most of them also have this deep wrinkle devoted to their forehead right over their nasal area.  I called it the “Yikes-wrinkle” for noticeable reasons.
But at the risk of seeming condescending, I need to say that I also, use to wear the Yikes-wrinkle.  It held me provider and started and ended a lot of my days, months and years, until 1 day I eventually retired it when my mind gave birth to a fascinating concept that appealed if you ask me and trapped with me for good.

THE OVERALL GAME of Life:  You are a spirit and you also are part of a more impressive team.   Prior to your birth, you're in a large room with all of your spirit teammates deciding which one of you will get to play a game called "LIFE".  The game is really a journey that you (by making use of your workforce) create and the thing is to have as much fun since you can.  Each team associate gets a chance to play the game at some time.  This is your turn.

6. You will choose a “purpose” for the overall game and your goal would be to always remember (because living on purpose will bring you complete fulfillment).
7. You will select a vehicle (body and mind) that will stick with you through the entire Game.  Treat your automobile kindly and it will be your best friend.
8. Once you begin the Game, an Ego will see you and accompany you on your journey.
9. Ego’s goal would be to quit you from remembering you are a Spirit and to stop you from remembering your objective.
10. Ego includes a bag of tricks offering anxiety, limiting beliefs, obstacles, insufficient self-worth, separation for your team…along with other silly illusions.
11. Ego’s illusions haven't any power over you unless you permit them to.  Remember, you are a Spirit and many more resilient than Ego!
12. If Ego begins to undermine your pleasure or your purpose, consult your team who will diminish Ego’s electric power.
13. The game will end once the timer goes off.  You will set the timer before starting the game.
14. Have just as much fun as possible!
15. The key to obtaining the most enjoyment out of the game of “Lifestyle” is to:
a. Keep Ego in balance
b. Access your group regularly
c. Love and look after your vehicle.

So, once the Ego begins that irritating chatter, simply access your Team and have for assistance to squelch the Ego’s tone of voice and strength that will help you proceed forwards with enthusiasm.
I encourage one to stop taking life so seriously and begin to enjoy this phenomenal Game that you were so excited to take part in!
