  82. 2.3 - Only casters that have been authorized by the tournament staff will be permitted to stream matches.
  83.
  84. 2.4 - The players in casted matches will be required to schedule their matches with their opponents and with the authorized caster(s).
  85.
  86. 2.5 - All streamed games must have a time delay of 2 minutes.

  105.
  106. 3.6 - When a player disconnects AFTER 10 minutes, the players can (when both agree) restart and replay the game. When the opponent does not agree to restart, the player who lost connection will be given a loss.

  129. Map Pool and Map Rules
  130.
  131. The map pool for the 2015 Treaty Cup consists of the following 3 maps:
  132.
  133. New Deccan
  134. New Andes
  135. New Orinoco
  136.
  137. 6.1 - The map for RO32, RO16, and RO8 games will be based on a veto system. The player with the lower rank will be granted veto advantage and the ability to ban 1 map from the set. The other player will then select the map to be played from of the 2 remaining maps.
  138.
  139. 6.1.a - For example, Player 1 (PR28) has the veto advantage and bans New Orinoco. Player 2 (PR31) bans New Deccan, so the map played will be New Andes.
  140.
  141. 6.2 - Finals and Semi-Finals games will be played in this map order: New Deccan, New Andes, New Orinoco.
