What IHC is. It is a google chrome extension that basically if you have nice skins and you're trying to trade using sites as csgolounge and any other trading sites people with brand new steam accounts will add you and ask if they can buy your skins and they will go first and overpay. As soon as they say that you usually know that it is a scam, after you say sure they send you this google chrome link for an extension if you google search this the first thing you see is the link the second thing is a report on it. Basically saying that it is a virus and you can't get rid of it. Instead of using this fake site if you really want to check who owned the skin before you or whatever they are saying there is a site called csgo.exechange.com which works perfectly fine and you don't have to download anything
