  1. AP: Action points (determines how many actions you can do in a battle round); you have a pool of AP each round to perform actions with, and each action costs some.

  3. DR: Damage Reduction (percentage absorption of damage, applied after DT)
  4. DT: Damage Threshold (basically plain damage subtraction)
  5.  
  6. Critical: Happens on very low rolls (depending on LCK), and brings additional bonuses to the success obtained (like extra damage with a weapon)
  7. Fumble: Happens on very high rolls (depending on LCK) and brings additional bad consequences to a failed roll (like jamming a lock on a lockpick attempt)

  9. Level: Accumulating enough experience, a character goes up a level, gaining more HP, additional skill points, and extra perks (once a level in some cases)
  10.  
  11. Perk: Additional talent that the character gains, allowing them to perform additional tasks, or doing previous ones better in limited cases.

  13. Rolling: Throwing a dice in the Dice chat (usually a 1d100)
  14.  
  15. (Statistic) Check: Rolling a d10 correlated to a specific statistic - otherwise as skill checks.
  16. (Skill) Check: The act of rolling a d100 correlated to a specific skill - a success happens if your result is equal to or under the intended target.

  18. Sequence: A measure of how reactive you are in combat. Rolled each round typically as 1d10+AGI - higher numbers go first in a combat round.

  20. Skill: A measure of one's ability with particular tasks, like disarming bomb, hacking terminals, or firing a rocket launcher. Goes from 1-100 (in this case), and are improved (for now, only) by adding skill points to them when reaching a new level. Are initially modified by their respective SPECIAL, and by tags.

  22. SPECIAL: Acronym for Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, Luck - the statistics of a Fo:E character. A character starts with 40 points to allocate freely in them (max 10, min 3 in each)

  24. Tag: The skills a character is initially most proficient in, basically a boost to some skills at character creation.

  26. STR: Strength
  27. PER: Perception
  28. END: Endurance
  29. CHA: Charisma
  30. INT: Intelligence
  31. AGI: Agility
  32. LCK: Luck
  33.  
  34. POT: Potency, measure of a Unicorn's raw magical power.
  35. VER: Versatility, determining a Unicorn's ability to learn new spells.
  36. Strain: Unicorn statistic that keeps track of how much magical energy she has left (think mana)
