His knees were hurting slightly as it rested on the tile floor. His hands were shaking as he held the box in his hand. His hazel eyes wavered as they looked into a sea of purple. In a shaky tone, he recited a five-word phrase: "Yukari, will you marry me?"

The wedding went along smoothly for the two. His cousin was the flower girl, Shinoa was the bridesmaid, Boartle was his best man, it was in Costa Rica and best of all: the guys weren't there. The honeymoon on the cruise liner, on the other hand....

"God fucking damn it Zappa and Adri, how did you get onboard!?"

Mike was incredulous at the sight of the two /r/SAO Discord members standing in front of him on the cruise ship. He had arranged the wedding so his friends wouldn't be invited somewhat partially because of the two's inevitable shenanigans.

Zappa offered a toothy grin as he rested his arm on Adri's shoulder and leaned against her like a fence, nearly toppling her over.

"Well, I heard you were having your honeymoon on Carnival and it just so happened they were looking for a band to perform, so I convinced Adri to tag along and here we are."

Mike looked at Zappa with a deadpan expression before turning and walking away, shaking his head at the absurdity of the situation. From behind, he heard Zappa call out, "8:15!"

As Mike continued to walk away, Zappa and Adri looked on.

"Do you think he and Yukari ever.... you know....?" Adri asked. Zappa shrugged. "Doubt it. Most couples wait until a few days after marriage to consummate." "That's not what I was referring to, but alright." "Then what are you referring to?"

Adri just shook her head and muttered "Never mind." "Maybe we can help them with it, then..." A smirk grew on Zappa's face as he looked at Adri, shifting his eyebrows up and down.

She rolled her eyes at this. "No, I'm not helping with that." Zappa slumped down in a dramatic manner at her answer. "Then what the hell are we supposed to do for the next 7 hours?"

"I don't know, *not* trying to get them to do that, perhaps?"

Mike and Yukari spent the afternoon together on the cruise, participating in various activities like windsurfing and going down the water slide. Unbeknownst to them, Zappa and Adri were keeping a close on on them... before giving up an hour later.

8:15 PM eventually arrived and, against his wishes, Mike was dragged by his new wife to the concert stage on the ship's bow.

Glancing at the stage, he rolled his eyes when he saw Zappa standing and chatting with Adri. He has a guitar around his neck while Adri was surrounded by a drum set and holding a violin. A few minutes later, the two nodded and parted, Zappa approaching the microphone.

"Aight guys, so I'm Zappa and that's Adri over there. We're gonna be playing a few songs for you tonight, starting with one song that I'd like to dedicate to a newlywed couple down in the audience."

He pointed to Mike and Yukari, the latter blushing furiously as she gripped Mike's shoulder with enough intensity that it nearly shattered. Zappa smirked at the scene before clearing his throat. "This song is called 'Perfectly Perfect' by Simple Plan. Just imagine he's singing it to her and it probably won't be as awkward."

The blushes on the couple's face remained unwavering as they listened to the lyrics.

Around them, they could hear sounds of "Awww" throughout the crowd.

Yukari lowered her hand to Mike's elbow, wrapping it around. The two looked at each other, faces still red.

Yukari withdrew from Mike's arm, turning in front of him and meekly asked, "May I have this dance?"

The two looked at the other as Yukari offered a small but warm smile. Mike chuckled internally as they continued to dance.

Zappa quickly turned to Adri, who scrambled to the cymbals.

Zappa smiled as he watched the couple dance, noticing other pairings beginning to do the same.

Mike performed an underarm turn, spinning Yukari around into his arms before the two separated.

The two joined hands once again and moved closer.

The two stopped moving as Mike moved his eyes up to look into her violet orbs.

"Alright, we did it!" Zappa pumped his fist as the crowd's applause thundered throughout the deck. "Now, to celebrate...."

"I'd like to invite a few of my friends onstage," Zappa began. Two people walked on, holding guitars and another drumset. "These are my other friends, Steph and Boartle, and they're here to help us with this next song."

Mike was curious as he looked up at the stage. He couldn't decipher the expression on Zappa's face as he turned to the other four, nodding quietly before turning to the crowd. Boartle slowly tapped one of the drums, picking up in speed slightly as Zappa approached the microphone.

Mike's face paled.

[She was looking kinda dumb with her finger and her thumb in the shape of an 'L' on her forehead]

His shoulders began to shake, concerning Yukari.

Mike turned his feet away and ran into the crowd.

[FED TO THE RULES AND I HIT THE GROUND RUNNING]

He dashed towards the side of the ship.

He took a step onto the railing.

He placed his other foot on the railing.

He began the procedure to jump.
