rules

General Rules

1. No RDMing.
2. NLR timer is 5 minutes. You can walk past where you died but you cannot stay.
3. You cannot raid or mug the same person/base within 10 minutes.
4. No racism allowed.
5. No one way props - You will be asked to remove the prop, if not removed, an admin will remove it for you.
6. No abusing glitches or bugs found on the server - This will result in a permanent ban.
7. Always listen to staff - If you have a problem with a staff member, report it to the forums.
8. If somebody asks you to stop disrespecting them, do so.
9. If somebody is breaking the rules report it to an admin in-game. DO NOT take measures into your own hands.
10. Any threats of DDoS or similar are strictly forbidden, DO NOT even joke about it. You will be permanently banned.
11. DO NOT job abuse - E.g switching to Police to unarrest a friend or changing to Gun Dealer to supply yourself with weapons etc.
12. DO NOT advertise servers. - This will result in a permanent ban.
13. FearRP is not used on this server.
14. No swearing in OOC.
15. No KOS signs at all. - If somebody is raiding you, you have the right to defend your property in any way possible.
16. DO NOT use any form of command e.g kill/suicide and changejob to avoid RP situation.
16. You must have a valid demotion reason, this does NOT include RDM, NLR etc. Any invalid demotions will result in a kick/ban.
18. No spawn killing or spawn blocking - This will result in a permanent ban.
19. No propspamming - This will result in a permanent ban.
20. No propminging.
21. No propclimbing/surfing - Entity climbing is allowed.
22. No killing unarmed/AFK players. If raiding, you can tell a player to face a wall - If non-compliant, you can kill them.
23. Government officials can be corrupt such as hiring an Assassin or Hitman. If caught you can be RP demoted
24. Citizen and Double Agent can be a custom job such as "Lottery" etc
25. Some jobs have the freedom to be custom as long as it is not harming anybody RP-wise, such as a Hobo having a custom job name as "Police Dog"
26. Government Officials CANNOT have custom jobs such as "Lottery" but they can have custom job names relating to their Police Agenda.
27. Any purchases made on the forums WILL NOT be refunded
28. DO NOT ask for an admin in /ooc or /advert! Use /report to report a player. DO NOT just report "ADMIN TO ME" or anything similar.
29. Any form of hacking will result in a permanent ban.
30. DO NOT spam, this includes chat and verbal.


Gang Rules

1. All gang members must have the same or similar gang name to work together.
2. Black Market Dealers can only be in a gang if the gang consists of 6+ members before the BMD joins the gang.
3. Gun Dealers, drug dealers etc cannot take part in any gang raids.
4. Gangs cannot raid or base with other gangs.
5. Gangs cannot take up more than 25% off the player population.

Base Rules

1. You can only have a maximum or 2 keypadded raiding doors and one keypad or button toggled safe.
2. Keypads must have a minimum hold length of eight seconds.
3. DO NOT use false keypads
4. Keypads/buttons must be near whatever they are assigned to
5. Raiding Keypads must be clear, safe buttons / keypads can be hidden to a moderate extent
6. Shooting windows can only be head height.
7. No maze/crouching bases. You cannot force a player to jump or crouch whilst raiding your base.
8. Any government officials cannot have a base. The PD is yours to do as you wish as long as it is RP valid
9. DO NOT prop block while building your base or it will be removed.
10. The minimum shooting window size is a 2x8 pro. (models/hunter/plates/plate05x2.mdl)
11. You can only have two bodyguards or two body guard equivalents.

Admin Rules

1. If caught admin abusing, you will receive a formal warning and a two day ban, after three warnings, your rank will be revoked.
2. No noclipping into other peoples bases without admin advertising for a base check.
3. If you are unsure about punishments, contact a higher authority for advice.
4. DO NOT RP in anyway as Adming On Duty, this includes using the bank etc.
5. DO NOT go to an admin situation unless you are asked to.
6. DO NOT pick people up for no reason.
7. DO NOT randomly teleport to players.
8. DO NOT use your admin tools unless necessary. E.g using the Admin Keypad Cracker unless doing a base check.
9. DO NOT Advanced Duplicate anybodies props without consent.

E2 Rules

1. Do not E2 abuse
2. If somebody has an E2 fading door, you cannot follow them through the door. - This is classed as E2 abuse and raiding
3. No illegal keypad cracker E2 - You will be permanently banned
4. If an admin finds a simple E2 with a very high OPS rate, you will be asked to remove it until the OPS rate is suitable.
5. Do not run in and out of E2 doors to kill raiders. Continuously running in and out of E2 doors during a raid is E2 abuse.


Job Rules

Black Market Dealer

1. This is considered as an illegal job. - Be careful when building your store, advertising and roaming the streets. You can disguise your job as much as you'd like E.g "Library Owner". If you're found as an obvious Black Market Dealer you can be RP demoted.
2. If you're the only Black Market Dealer you have to sell to everyone, even if you're in a gang. If there is more than one Black Market Dealer on, then you can choose to only sell to your gang or anybody.
3. This job is much like the Gun Dealer job with some exceptions.

Gun Dealer

1. Gun dealers MUST have a shop and are required to stay inside the shop as much as possible to sell weapons to the public.
2. You can supply yourself and bodyguards a reasonable amount of weapons for store protection only.
3. You can ban people from your store as long as it is a valid RP reason, after your death, you forget about all the bans and everything that happened in your store prior to your death.

Thief

1. As a thief, you can raid and mug anybody.
2. If mugging a player, you can only request a $5000 maximum.

Mayor

1. You can change your RP job name to any form of leader such as "Hitler", "Stalin", "Putin", "Obama" etc as long as your Law Enforcement follow that roleplay.
2. You can add any laws, as long as they follow roleplay and are reasonable and does not insight RDM or NLR
3. You can only have a side arm for self defence. You can hire a bodyguard or use one of your Government Officials to protect you.
4. You are not a law enforcer. If you are caught enforcing the law then you can be RP demoted.
5. You must have a valid reason for a lockdown. If you are asked for the lockdown reason, you must answer.


Law Enforcement

1. You must have a valid reason to order a warrent. Things like "Printer check", "Police check" etc are not allowed. You cannot enter somebodies property based on curiosity, checks or word of mouth.
2. You CAN place a warrent for things like the following; "Gun shots", "Printer Explosion/Fire", "Illegal Weapons/Entities" etc. YOU MUST have seen somebody doing something illegal to act on it.
3. Do not stunstick abuse.
4. You must have a valid reason to arrest people.
5. Public corruption may result in RP demote, but you can be corrupt behind closed doors.
6. The highest ranking Government Official must give you permission to build inside of the PD.
7. You are expected to act sensibly and follow your job RP. Doing anything outside of this E.g shooting windows, blowing up doors, shooting randomly, vandalism etc may result in an RP demote.

Ninja

1.You act exactly the same as a thief, with the exception of having a grappling hook.

Drug Dealer

1. This is an illegal job. Caught selling drugs may lead to your arrest
2. You may have a shop but it must be disguised, much like a Black Market Dealer.
3. As a Drug Dealer, you must change your Job Name to disguise your real job. If you keep the job name "Drug Dealer" for a long period of time you can be RP demoted for being an obvious Drug Dealer

Hobo

1. You're homeless, you can only build small shelters in the streets.
2. You can only build from Construction and Comic props.
3. You cannot own any doors whilst being a hobo. Remember, you're homeless.
4. Do not abuse the Angry Hobo Swep
5. Throwing the shoe does 10 damage, so if you get killed for it, don't claim RDM.

Rabid Headcrab

1. Job description is self-explanatory
2. You cannot have weapons at all - using weapons will result in your slay and then a ban from the job.

Crab Hunter

1. This is not a mugging/raiding job.
2. Find the Rabid Headcrab and eliminate it!

Shrek

1. Rape.

Stalker

Prison Guard

1. You stay in the PD to ensure that prisoners do not get out, and the public do not get in!
2. You cannot injure the people being taken into custody - You might be a Prison Guard, but you're not a medieval torturer.
3. You cannot raid or mug anybody - You must follow the same general rules as the rest of the Law Enforcement

DJ

1. This is a passive job - This means you cannot raid, mug or anything similar.
2. You can request money if people want you to play a specific song.

God

1.

Bartender

1. You sell alcohol to people battling loneliness or are whining about too much RDM - Give them as much as they may need.
2. You can own a bar and the necessary weapons to defend your bar.
3. You cannot raid or mug anybody

Bounty Hunter

1. This job follows just like a Hitmans job would except you take bounties.
2. Police can request bounties from you.
3. You can raid, but only when it is to find your target.

Mayors Guard

1. Follow the Mayor and defend him in any way possible.
2. You cannot raid or mug anybody - You must follow the same general rules as the rest of the Law Enforcement

Street Officer

1. You cannot take part in raids or counter-raids
2. You can make road-blocks to cut down on illegal drug trafficking and patrol the streets to stop any crime going on.
3. You cannot raid or mug anybody - You must follow the same general rules as the rest of the Law Enforcement

Hooker

1. You take hits from people and assassinate the given target without modern weapons
2. You cannot raid or mug people at all
3. You follow the general job description as average Hitmen.

Mob Boss

1. If you're in a gang with only Italian Mobsters - You have to be the leader.
2. You do not need to be the leader if you're in a gang that is NOT RPing as Italian Mobsters.
3. You can raid/mug as this job but only if you're in a gang and accompanied by somebody else.
4. You cannot be in a gang RPing as the Mexican Drug Cartel.


Italian Mobster

1. If you're in a gang RPing as Italian Mobsters, the Mob Boss has to be the leader unless one is not present.
2. You can raid/mug but only if you're in a gang.
