>'Hello Anon' says a smooth voice rolling in like an ocean wave and cool as the gentle sea breeze
>Garnet is sitting at the kitchen counter with a cup of something
>you say hi back and let yourself in
>'Amethyst's not here right now,' she says as you walk in; 'I sent her and Pearl out for a little team-building exercise with Steven. Shouldn't be too long.'

>you plop yourself down on the couch, mildly disappointed
>feel someone plop down nearby
>Garnet offers you a cup of cocoa

>she watches you sip a bit before drinking the rest of hers, smiling a bit as you singe your tongue
>you slouch a bit and set your mug down
>'So, how have you been?'
>the fact the Garnet's already said two sentences to you makes you feel uneasy since she never fucking talks to anyone most of the time

>feel all three of those eyes on you while she tries to decide whether or not to hurl you through the wall

>apologize for backing up when she tried to touch you or whatever she was planning to do

>a few albums later you start to doze off
>feel an arm around your shoulder as you lose that battle

>wake up on the couch tomorrow morning

>he fills you in over some together breakfast; Amethyst and Pearl seem to be in high spirits but Garnet's nowhere to be seen
>spend the day watching movies with Amethyst and doing art with Pearl
>say your goodbyes around 6 and head down the stairs
>kinda bummed out you didn't get to hang out with Garnet today
>suddenly, arms from behind
>this is accompanied by a light squeeze and some nuzzling
>she tells you she left a mound of beach glass outside your place, gives you a pat on the arm and heads up to the house
>head home with some pep in your step
