Ferguson March After-Party at the Port!
Continue the #BlockTheBoat Action!

Come out tonight after the march for a celebration of our incredible organic and ongoing success in blocking the Israeli ship Zim Piraeus from our port for 4 straight days!

What:

- Celebrate with some music and some camaraderie

- Remain present at the port, and in the case that the partially unloaded ship comes back, we will be prepared to continue the blockade. The Ships current ETA to retry its unloading is 1230am.

- Bring gifts, snacks, treats for the longshoremen that perhaps have missed work by honoring our picket line. Thank them, encourage ethical refusal to unload.

- Hold a Port General Assembly to discuss the future of #BlockTheBoat and how we can organize to continue and spread the movement of physical port blockades against Israel Apartheid.

WHERE and WHEN:

Tonight, August 20th, after the #Ferguson Solidarity march.
Meet at ≈8pm at 1717 Middle Harbor Rd. where the ship is likely to return if it comes back in tonight.



BRING:
Flowers, snacks, niceties, warmth, music, instruments, boom boxes, party favors.

DONT BRING: cops, mean drunk belligerent people, meth, whats-her-name with the furniture issue, KTVU channel 2.
