WIP PASTEBIN REMAKE: SHIP EDITION

Welcome to the /trash/ Pokémon Role Play General, otherwise known as ITT: Pokémon are Real. Here you'll find the rules, recap, and characters, in that order. We've changed a lot of shit since the Hoopening, so check it!

RULES:
1: No more than one attempt at world extermination every fortnight. I will have to GM everything else out of existence.
2: OOC consensus is a must have before making world changing wishes.
 2b: This now applies to plots as a whole.
3: No modern weapons. Everything has to be WWI or earlier, and they're still relatively rare because gun restriction laws.
 3b: Keep irl politics out of while you're at it. Fucking Donald Trump and Obama don't exist here.
  3c: Nukes no longer exist. Stop.
4: Crossovers are okay-ish. Most things get turned into a fitting Pokémon but still keep memories.
5: To make playing an antagonist feasible they can now only be fought by people in the area. 1v1'ing them is preferred and the most likely outcome due to grunt presence.
6: NO GOD DAMN SNAG MACHINES

 THE BATTLE SYSTEM: Which has been changed a bit
Evens hit, Odds miss. Dubs are crits - whether against yourself or the opponent. Anything higher is an OHKO. Legendaries are the exception to the rule - their attacks are so wide scope that you still take half damage when they miss due to splash damage.
When at full health if you take 200% of your hp for damage you a dead. Not KO'd, dead. Go straight to being a ghost. The percentage needed for death decreases with your health - at 1% health anything equal to 50% of your max is death. On a similar note anything equal to 150% will cause a critical injury at full health, decreasing to 1% at minimum health.

ABOUT LEGENDARIES:
They are now on a strict apply for basis, sorry thread fags. If you were already playing one don't worry.
Due to a wish they can't be caught with anything other than a Legend Ball made by Aether, which you probably do not have unless your name is Lusamine. Good luck even getting that close, however.

CURRENT RECAP:
Time has been reset until right before Hoopa showed up. All evidence of the Farsail Crew has vanished - they're still out there, but good luck distinguishing them from ordinary Pokémon anymore.
