- initial
- no drape of shame??? whut m8
- too much haste - not enough crit
- switched to drape on weds
- Coining which bosses?
- tich:
- lots of flash on non critical targets
- lots of melee spamming
- timing spells incorrectly (lots of overheal)
- too many renew casts
- radically adjusted play style Wednesday - this is odd
- still alot of flash
- still no heal casts
- still only prepping melee
- Trilliax:
- alot of renew casts
- 1 artifact cast
- 1 heal cast
- Augur:
- trouble prioritizing casts - if has injenction only heals himself
- overall he seems overly concerned with healer competition - he didn't get the idea when i said 5 times to make a macro for innervate and that using a pot and being oom at 5m was normal for augur. he still has this panic mentality that being low on mana when we're learning a boss means conserve mana or play reserved. that sort of eased as pulls continued but that shouldn't need to be the case. progressions is for being oom pretty much as soon as you can but keeping everyone alive to see as much of the phase as possible.
- His other concern that he was somehow riding the bench is confusing as he was in for our tich progression literally from day 1, granted he has yet to see krosus spellblade or botanist but that should be irrelevant. he also commented directly outright about making a 'trade off' because he 'needed loot' from specific bosses. From his gear choices alone i don't even know if that's warranted or if he understands which stats are giving what benefits for which fights. Ill give feedback before raid this week and see what the response is, but this guy seems very gung ho with not a lot of substance behind it.

- He didn't make the innervate macro because I asked him not to. I would probably miss a whisper since my DBM spams my chat frame.

- y response: You mean Thursday? He wasn't in Wednesday. And changing playstyle for a 3 healer fight may not be a bad thing? I changed to single target talents for tichondrius

- y response: I am likely to blame for this. I told him to prioritize keeping himself above all else after his first week in and he was already getting shit for deaths.

- y response: This doesn't make sense to me.. you fault him for not using efficient spells and then fault him for going into conservation mode.

- y response: I also have this issue.. so yeah can't fault.

- y wrote: He is definitely very set on his own ways and what he thinks is best. He wanted to teach me "how to holy" this weekend and there was... tension when I didn't agree with his advice
- Even told me how he co-wrote H2P as a reason for his opinion being superior.
- That being said.. I don't necessarily think its a bad thing to play differently. Would rather see a discussion with his reasoning behind these choices instead of flat out faulting him for them.

- stats:
- logs dont disagree - espescially when he's chain casting flash - haste has far less value for that.
- yes wednesday - the day after tuesday - he was in - tich - as it says. so thats a thing.
- as far as healing himself - thats fine - but its ONLY himself. when he could easily be healing himself + another (all that haste you know)
- he wants wisdoms he wants innervates he doesnt use a mana pot - this is what i mean when i say overly concerned with meters, he wants to do the most rewarding job without having to do any of the other work. Directly into healing meters, he even said directly that he wanted a 'higher parse'. to parse higher it means other healers need to suck, we dont want this.
- for the latter stage it means he didnt cast heal AT ALL - this is not for augur. This is in general, so your comment makes no sense.
- as evidenced from people who were in the guild before - writing the guide doesnt make you knowledgable.
- Mon Mar 20, 2017 10:38 pm
- He likely focused too much on himself, but I really did stress to him that dying can't happen. Needs to be a middle ground.
- My comment was in general.. how can you fault him for not being mana conserving... but then later fault him for conserving on progression?
- I didn't see his comments about parsing.. sure none of this was in jest?
- The guide thing I agree with.. I told him anyone can write a guide and have idiots follow it. I was pointing out how he really is drilled into thinking he knows what is best.
- Hes a bit off and stubborn, but he did apologize later for trying to force his opinions on me about priest.

- this guy just pm'd me out of the blue asking to BUY M Helya. Like somehow he needed to pay, when pushed it's because helya has specific loot he 'NEEDS', mainly a relic. This entire mentality is just so confusing. Like i get that you want loot and want to be the best, but read a fucking log. i looked at priests killing star augur and most of them dont have this relic. so it's confusing that he's so fixated on this and wont just farm m+ for the relic. i get that wanting loot is a thing but seriously asking to pay to get the kill for loot and not the kill itself is just disgusting.
- Spellblade:
- lots of missed opportunities to heal people with frost or even use serenity on frost people - used it solely on tanks. Lots of renew casts - this is a lot of wasted mana
- got innervate during arcane movement (odd)
- really wanted innervates - refer to wanting to parse
- whispered me instantly after pulling saying he would parse better next time 'Ill do wayyyyy better next time' (few ways to interpret that)
- his amount of cross healing was low
- his single target during frost was ok
- logs look good because optimized cool down usages - will switch next week and see how that goes
- -overall impressions: decent for a first time but seems hungry for parses, will see how adjustment works next week.
- Tich:
- stopped wearing drape of shame
- i just noticed this but he has the wrong neck enchant - trainer soldier is not the play
- So many renew casts
- leeching innervate but not even effectively - once in an 8:33 attempt
- didnt use a fucking mana pot on the 0% wipe

- He must be doing something "right" to have high HPS... but you would assume high HPS means easier for everyone else... and gonna feel dumb saying this but it doesn't "feel" easier, tho I can't prove one way or another. I suffered a lot last night on Tich... but I know I wasn't on my A-game.. and not sure if Sana isn't to blame for some either.
- He is quick to make assumptions and finger point.
- I now agree with the competition thing.
- He seems more like a in it for himself guy and not a team player. Sometimes these people can be useful... but better off as a DPSer if you have to have one.
- Wed Mar 22, 2017 7:57 pm
- took 4 stacks of spores... twice
- either its padding or he's actual trash
- his answer was 'i suck' - seems promising.
- died on purpose for spirit, good choice but spammed poh on ranged instead of healing tank - bad choice.
- Thu Mar 23, 2017 12:02 pm
- He was always in his own two top healed.... whereas everyone else had the tanks as theirs, but since he claimed to not know he shouldn't be soaking spores ... eh.
- Has any sort of progress chat been done with him?
- in general I like him as a person but in raid with a healing team he stresses me out and I'd think he should go.
- But he is already referring apps... I dunno. Maybe he just needs a sit down to like calm down and not try to be a one man parse-bot
