  5. Why? Cause it's used to show the capabilities of the hardware/what games it can get. Saying time only dictates generation, makes the term useless. It means OUYA or the new NeoGeo system is the same generation as PS4, thus telling us nothing about it's capabilities

  7. Secondly, even if you want to improperly use time, you have to use the time the CPU came out. And it's a last gen CPU. Just like the new NeoGeo.
