GENERAL RULES
NLR applies here, do not return to your place of death for atleast 3 minutes. You forget everything that happened in the previous life
Acting on information seen in OOC is metagame, this isn't allowed
KOS lines/zones are NOT allowed. The only time 'KOS' can be used is if the player has entered your property
Hit-box abuse is not allowed
English only in OOC.
Offensive/sexual sprays are not allowed
Don't build on any public area. (Hobos are an exception, they can build in any place an admin deems reasonable)
Random Death Match (RDM) is NOT allowed.
Prop-abusing is NOT allowed.
Bugbaiting & punching players will likely end with your head being shot off, don't moan when it happens
No blocking off public areas, roads, streets, ect.
Heavy rages / deep insults won't be tolerated.
Any sort of hacking/cheating isn't allowed.
Advertising any community/forum or whatever isn't allowed.
Do not place random radios around the map
RAIDING RULES
The police can raid to confiscate printers, drugs and weapons but ONLY WITH A VALID WARRENT.
Terrorists can only raid the PD and Mayors home. - ALL TERRORIST ATTACKS MUST BE PLANNED! AND PLACED IN /AGENDA.
After being raided, you must wait 3 minutes before returning to your home and you have to wait 3 minutes after raiding someone, before raiding again.
Thiefs, Parkour & Gangsters(+2) are the only jobs allowed to raid.
Gangsters & mobboss together are able to raid the PD to release gang members from jail
The only other job allowed to raid the PD are terrorists & osama
You CAN be raided while building, place a keypad & fading door before building anything else!
SHOP, BASES & HOME RULES
You may only have THREE fading doors for the entrance to your base. You can have more than 3 fading doors is total (e.g using a fading door to cover printers while having 3 for the entrance is fine) Abuse of the precision tool to make your base immune to C4 will result in a kick then a 2week ban if done again
There must be AT LEAST 1 entrance to your shop/base.
An Entrance needs to be clearly indicated.
Your keypad granted length must be set so you have enough time to be able to get inside. (Minimum 3 seconds)
You cannot put keypads or buttons far away from your entrance, or make them hidden, they must be VISIBLE NEAR your door.
Putting a glass or invisible material on buttons or making them camouflage into a other prop or wall is NOT allowed.
There must be a keypad or button going both ways inside and out of a entrance.
Using a toggle fading door does not allow you to use only one button or keypad
There is a maximum of one keypad or button (each way) per fading door.
Using fake keypads or a fall hatch or trap on fake buttons or keypad's is NOT allowed
Making or owning a base with a job of the opposite class is NOT allowed.
A keypad and/or button is required on the inside of any enclosed buying area
Do not buy random houses that you aren't going to use
Do not charge players money for houses you aren't using (you can charge money if someone would like to purchase a place you are using)
A Cop, Mayor, or mayors guard, aren't allowed to base with a criminal or terrorist and vice versa (being a corrupt government official is no reason to break this rule).
JOB RULES
Police:
You can be a corrupted officer in the sense of accepting bribes to unarrest/forget a crime. You CAN NOT accept bribes to warrent certain people, you CAN NOT keep confiscated printers.
Placing warrants or wants on people without a good reason is NOT allowed.
Role playing a corrupt government official to get around this rule is NOT allowed
Checking people for illegal weapons without a good reason is NOT allowed.
Police must see someone comit an offence to arrest, warrant or want them for it.
Suspicion of illegal activity is not a valid reason, you must have seen the person breaking the law.
As police chief your not allowed to accept warrants that have no good reason or are against the rules.
Do not randomly stunstick players
You cannot warrant/want/arrest or raid bank staff for possession of illegal items
Bank security guards may own heavy weapons with a gun licence at any time
Medic:
Do not ignore dieing players you are required to revive them.
Do not base/printer camp as a medic
If a medic is reviving somebody you are raiding or someone who is a threat to you, you are allowed to kill the medic
Gangsters & Mobboss:
Shooting cops just because your gangsters is not allowed.
If a cop stands in your way of completing your goal than you're entitled to kill them.
Taking "turf" for your gang is NOT allowed.
You're more than welcome to take up whole apartments, if you're using it all.
Do not make any sort of death line or KOS line.
Robbing/mugging people is allowed but make sure killing your victim is a last resort.
Your only allowed to rob a person with at least 2 gangsters (teaming up with a thief is NOT allowed).
You CANNOT take any government members as hostages
You can only raid the PD to break a member of your gang out of jail
Gundealers, Elite sellers & Black Marktet Dealers:
You MUST sell guns to people who want them.
You cannot only sell guns to a certain job, for example: Gangsters.
You cannot not sell guns to all police simply because you dislike one officer.
Hobo:
Do not build near the spawn
Don't make stupidly big or ugly buildings, they often ruin roleplay and are useless

You are only allowed to play music while standing still (busking) do not run around the map while playing music(annoying people)
Thief:
Thiefs are NOT allowed to mug/rob people on the street.
You do not have to announce raid inside of /advert.
You are allowed to pickpocket afk users.
You can not team up with government officials.
Radio host:
Please setup a base to play to your audience and do not walk around the streets.
Mayor:
Abusing laws in anyway, shape or form is NOT allowed.
For example, making a law that every citizen needs to pay the mayor 1$ every hour.
The same as police officers, if a crime is committed you can accept a bribe to look the other way.
The mayor isn't allowed to team up with: terrorists, gangsters or thiefs.
You're only allowed to team up with Government officials.
Creating a lockdown without a good roleplay reason is NOT allowed.
Only accept search warrants if there is a good reason.
Do not abuse the /fire command
Do not purposely get taken hostage by terrorists
Do not charge more than $750 for a gun licence
Do not make laws which contradict the first three
Accepting blank warrants or warrants with a reason that is against the rules is NOT allowed.
If the terrorist kidnap you do what they tell you to do (As in adding laws and placing lock downs) but DON'T comply to actions that are against the server rules.
Terrorists:
Terrorists can only raid the PD and Mayors home. - ALL TERRORIST ATTACKS MUST BE PLANNED! AND PLACED IN /AGENDA. /Agenda Kill cops + Mayor is NOT a plan!! be creative.
Harming any civilians or anyone other than mayor/cops is considered RDM, PLAN YOUR ATTACKS CAREFULLY!
you will be instantly kicked for mass RDM if you break this rule
Your job is to take control over the government and then the city.
Do not constantly kill cops and the mayor over and over again. You can kill a cop if hes in the way of reaching your goal to control the city
If you do take control over the city do not abuse the law or break any server rules by giving the mayor orders.
If you taken control of the mayor you take control of the city and the mayor will do what you tell him as long its NOT against the server rules
Do not sell/trade/give jihad bombs to anyone other than terrorists under any circumstances
Do not use jihad bombs as any other job than terrorist
Killing more than 3 non-government players is considered RDM
Underground Mutant:
The underground belongs to us. Any tresspassing by others than Mutants can be dangerous.
This means the mutants can kill you underground when they want without any reason but you can shoot back IF THEY ATTACK YOU FIRST
They can block the entrences to protect themself.
The mutants can block off your UNDERGROUND base with keypads or doors to prevent you from moving freely trough the underground.
Cops can only arrest mutants IF they are onground.
The mutants spawn above ground, give them a minute or two to return to there home's DONT spawn kill them.
If Mutants go to the surface, they can be killed by anyone at any time.
Mutants can shoot or attack back above ground out of self defense.
